Current Positions

In addition to the positions posted at right, Brookfield Academy accepts applications for teaching positions in all academic areas. We warmly welcome inquiries and will correspond with teachers who are committed to the Academy's Mission. We seek those individuals who have something to teach and a passion to teach it. Professionals in fields outside of teaching are welcome to apply for faculty positions at Brookfield Academy.

Located in a suburb of Milwaukee, Brookfield Academy is a private, independent, non-sectarian, co-educational, college preparatory day school, funded by tuition, for students from pre-kindergarten through high school. The school serves average to above-average students from a variety of social, financial, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.

The conviction that schools should be free institutions competing in the educational marketplace leads naturally to the expectation that Brookfield Academy's program will be distinctive. The school is distinguished by imaginative and successful implementation of its Mission and the Five Stars.

A distinctive program requires special faculty members who realize that distinctive, prepared graduates are not forged in the classroom alone. Teachers work for the full development of students, in and out of the classroom. Teachers devote time and effort to the creation of imaginative programs implementing the Mission.
