Level 7 student Adharsh Aavan participates with ARCh
Level 7 student Adharsh Aavan participates with the Association for the Rights of Citizens with Handicaps (ARCh). He is a member of the organization's Youth Team.
Adharsh Aavan has volunteered as the youngest member of the Association for the Rights of Citizens with Handicaps for 100+ hours. At ARCh, Adharsh works to spread awareness about disabilities, and the message of inclusion through anti-bullying presentations at schools. He also plays an active role in events called “Teen Times” where he and the Organization do events with teens who have disabilities to make them feel included in the community. Notably, Adharsh and his club has been recognized in Waukesha’s Freedman’s Newspaper.
